岗位职责：
1、二年以上平面设计、广告设计或网页设计的工作经验；
2、有很强的美术功底和设计能力；
3、对商业需求有非常敏感的把握和表现能力；
4、对XHTML/CSS等网页设计必需的前端技术熟悉；
5、个性乐观开朗，善于和各种背景的人合作；
6、有大型网站、4A级广告公司从业经验者优先；
7、平面设计、广告设计、工业设计、计算机等相关专业本科以上学历
