区域销售经理

岗位要求：
1. 畜牧兽医专业毕业，责任心强，思维敏捷，敬业谦和；
2. 较强的协调沟通能力、商务谈判技巧和团队领导能力。
3. 有明确的人生目标和强烈的追求成功的愿望
4. 3年以上的销售管理或者销售经验，强有力的市场开拓能力；
岗位职责：
1. 建立和管理销售队伍，按照公司要求制定个人和团队销售目标，销售模式、销售预算和奖励计划等；
2. 根据公司的整体规划和市场发展态势，制定本部门发展、销售计划和区域营销方案，并有效达成各项任务指标；
3. 扩大所辖地区的销售网络，熟悉该地区的市场、营销特点，与该地区的主要客户建立长期稳定的合作关系；
4. 能独立开拓市场，全面、具体地负责管理指定地区的营销工作；
5. 与公司其它部门紧密合作和沟通，严格执行并实现公司的既定目标；
6. 对公司销售人员进行管理和培训，完成公司指标任务。
