2、培养成为公司的营销类储备干部，培养期3~6个月，培养期完成后相应转至营销主管、营销经理等职位

4、为人热情,正直,有爱心,有耐心,能吃苦
5、做事低调,可以从基层做起

6、负责店面会员的健康情况咨询工作，并根据会员的具体情况推荐适合的产品。
7、员工工作满半年的提升为主管级别以上的几率超过90%，平均月收入超过2500元。并有调回总部各职能部门工作的优先选择权。
