专科及以上学历，具备证券从业人员资格及期货从业资格，无不良纪录；具有较系统的证券专业知识；对客户的投资心理有较为深入的研究，具有良好的协调和沟通能力和良好的人际关系，具备较强的市场开拓能力，有一定的客户资源。有驾驶执照，驾龄二年以上者优先。
