1. 财会或经济相关专业本科或以上学历，具备注册会计师ACCA等相关职业资格者优先；
2. 2年以上金融机构审计经验，有资产管理机构审计经验者优先；
3. 了解国家有关财务会计、金融、证券、基金等方面的政策、法律法规；
4. 能够用英语进行业务交流并翻译业务文章；
5. 有较强的沟通协调能力。
