1、财会或相关专业大专以上学历
2、二年以上会计岗位实际工作经验
3、熟练操作Micro office等办公软件和财务软件
4、领悟能力强，良好的沟通技巧及协调能力。具有上进心、责任心良好的职业道德，为人正直、诚恳、工作态度端正、责任心强。
5 熟悉国家财务税务政策和法规、熟悉电子报税流程、日常帐务处理、税务处理、会计报表编制
