岗位职责：
职位概要:
制定并实施本区域营销计划、销售目标，领导下属人员完成分解目标。
工作内容:
%参与公司市场营销策略的制定；
%执行公司营销策略并对区域市场开拓进行策划；
%制定本区域营销计划、分解销售目标；
%提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；
%督导办事处建设及业务开展工作，落实本区域货款的回收；
%督导营销总部的销售政策的落实、各项制度的贯彻执行；
%控制所辖区域办事处费用开支；
%直接参与主持重要客户的业务谈判及成交；
%处理客户投诉；
%对下属的工作进行评价并协助制定和实施绩效改善计划；
%对业务人员进行培训、指导。
任职资格:
教育背景:
◆市场营销专业或相关专业本科以上学历。
培训经历:
◆受过市场营销、管理技能开发、财务知识、产品知识等方面的培训。
经 验:
◆5年以上企业销售管理工作经验。
技能技巧:
◆对市场营销工作有较深刻认知，有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力；
◆有较强的市场销售经验和市场嗅觉；
◆熟练操作办公软件。
态 度:
◆自觉严谨、公正律己、敬业、豁达自信；
◆高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，较强的观察力和应变能力。
