1、市场营销或相关专业，专科及以上学历；
2、两年以上投资咨询、教育、培训产品销售管理经验，有证券、期货、外汇实盘操作经验者尤佳；
3、分析能力强，工作有较高的创造性，能承受巨大工作压力；
4、能够独立制定和执行销售推广实施计划，具有较强的领导才能、团队协作和沟通技巧；要求主动、积极、乐观，有创业实干精神，对金融市场资本运作有一定的了解，熟悉国内外证券投资、期货投资及外汇投资，有金融、商业、咨询培训、房地产等任一种行业资源者优先考虑。
（月薪5000以上）
