1、具备丰富的网络企划、编辑经验，熟悉网络媒体特性与网络使用行为；
2、高度网络环境研究与分析能力、网络活动策划能力与文案撰写能力；
3、熟悉网络作业流程与运作，具备与网页设计及程序设计沟通合作经验；
4、熟悉网页制作软件，包括Dreamweaver、Frontpage、及HTML语法；
5、熟悉影像制作软件，例如Photoshop；
6、良好沟通协调能力、组织协调能力、可独立作业者；
7、可接受高度工作压力；
8、本科及以上学历，新闻学、传播学、中文专业背景，英语精通。
