任职要求:Education:Bachelor Degree
Job related experience: More than 5 years’ HRA experience in MNC
Special knowledge: Familiar with personnel operation procedure and practice
Familiar with Suzhou SIP Labor law and other related regulation
Sound HR management knowledge
Good presentation skills
Ability to lead a team
Good understanding of labor market
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English and PC skills
Business understanding: Full knowledge of the company’s products, operations in the domestic and international environment
职位职责:1.Planning
Formulating HRA strategies and workplan for the organization to support company’s operation.
Prepare HR annual budget and forecast.
2.Compensation and benefit
Set up and review compensation and benefit system to ensure compensation package is attractive and competitive
3.Policy and Procedure
Set up HR policies and office procedure and monitor its implementation to ensure a systematic, efficient and effective working environment.
4.Administration
Administer office equipment, furniture, supplies, stationery, housekeeping and telephone systems for the organization to ensure smooth office operation.
5.Training
Set up training plan and develop effective on-going training programs for each staff member to improve staff’s skills and company’s competition.
6.Recruitment
Recruitment suitable staff for the company to ensure company’s smoothly operation and development.
7.Services
Keep good track with PRC labor law and relevant government regulation to ensure provide correct advice to support the company’s operation and provide admin services to facilitate the business development. .
8.Performance Management
