1、负责组织制定公司营销战略和营销政策，协助总经理进行经营决策
2、负责组织制定并实施公司营销工作计划
3、负责对区域合作公司的管理、监督、指导和协调
4、组织做好销售网络管理（代理商管理、直销等）工作
5、组织开展市场调研与市场研究工作并负责信息管理.
6、组织做好新产品开发、示范、试验等工作
7、组织做好公司形象广告、产品广告、大型推广活动的策划与实施
8、组织做好营销系统人力资源管理、行政管理工作
9、组织做好产品的售前、售中、售后服务工作
10、组织做好营销系统年度统计、分析、考核工作
11、组织做好公司市场维权工作
1２、完成上级领导交办的其他紧急工作
任职条件：
基本要求：年龄30岁以上，本市户口，已婚男/女均可
教育水平：大学本科以上
专业：市场营销、企业管理、金融等相关专业
培训经历：营销培训、管理理论培训、行业相关知识培训,素质课程等.
经验：具备8年以上的实际销售工作经验
知识：具备市场研究、营销、组织行为等专业知识和相关的经营管理知识、法律知识、文书写作知识等
技能技巧：具备基本的办公软件使用能力、网络基本应用能力；具备较高的判断与决策能力、沟通能力、公关能力、业务规划实施能力、组织协调能力。
