1、有成型、退火炉、切割机操作管理相关经验2年以上。
2、具有ISO文件制定、执行、改善能力。
3、较强英语沟通能力。
4、掌握生产过程中的安全、环保知识。
5、对生产任务的PDCA实践能力 。

Job Description：
1、学习、参与设备调试，迅速掌握工作重点。
2、确保有效沟通，部门间、部门内高效合作。
3、确认现场管理状况，掌控团队运作，保证生产过程有序进行。
4、在确认现场，掌握现场情况的基础上参加早会及晚会，阐述意见，报告情况。
5、对重要作业要确实做好事前开会、指示、作业确认、报告等。
6、生产工艺数据、生产合格率及时统计，查找问题点。
7、确认问题点实际状况, 考虑对策、实施、跟踪确认、总结。
8、善于学习新技术资料，运用、总结、共享。
9、切实掌握工艺流程、操作要点的基础上，对现场员工实施培训。
