昆山业务管理主任

岗位职责
1、结合基地招生目标，制订招生计划和推广方案，指导并激励团队成员达成招生目标。
2、开拓招生渠道，创新招生方式，开展招生活动。
3、为学生提供专业的咨询服务。
4、协调本部门与其他部门的关系。

任职要求
1、 优秀的个人素质和背景，本科以上学历， 32岁以上。
2、 5年以上教育培训行业工作经验，了解教育体系运营模式，有高等院校、民办院校招生渠道、招生资源或高校关系者优先。
3、 具有3年以上招生及招生团队管理经验，学习能力强，能够组织部门人员进行定期的培训和业务考核，促使团队完成上级制定的招生指标。
4、 热爱招生工作，性格开朗，热情乐观，勇于接受挑战。耐心细致，能自我激励，强烈地成就事业的愿望。
5、 具备较强的市场开拓能力和良好的人际沟通能力；形象端庄，大方，良好的沟通能力。

工作地点：江苏昆山。
