测试工程师

1、计算机及相关专业，研究生学历；2年以上相关工作经验；
2、能利用测试工具按照测试方案和流程对产品进行功能和性能测试；根据需要编写不同的测试工具，设计和维护测试系统，对测试方案可能出现的问题进行分析和评估；
3、熟悉软件测试理论，熟悉两门以上如下IT技术：数据库、操作系统、应用系统、J2EE、Web、网络、安全、开发工具等；或者精通一门IT技术，并熟悉软件工程、应用系统开发、项目管理等IT管理技术；
4、具有良好自学能力、分析能力和沟通协调能力；
5、具有较好的英语沟通能力，通过CET－4或相关水平测试。
