1、熟悉ERP，SCM，WMS，TMS，OA，HR，ACC等业务
2、理解Saas，SOA理念
3、有良好的客户沟通能力，能主持客户商业需求的收集，并能很好帮助设计人员理解客户的商业目标
4、知道怎样设计系统的构架及完整解决方案，同时能在某一些重要的领域有纵深的理解和经验
5、能管理一个团队完成从客户需求到设计开发、测试及部署的全过程
6、能充分有效地激励、引导团队的工作热忱和激情
7、有3个以上大型项目分析设计经验者优先
