Job Description

1、具有5年大型企业人力资源管理工作经验,同时具有三年左右管理岗位工作经验,两年培训管理经验;
2、相关管理专业本科以上学历,具备现代企业管理、人力资源管理等必备技能、知识基础、实践经验;
3、熟悉HR六大模块内容,具备规划、建立、实施和管理经验;
4、对企业HR开发有深入认识,熟悉HR管理与开发体系的构架和战略发展;
5、具备广泛的培训资源和培训渠道的建设能力;
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力和组织能力;
7、身体健康,能适应出差,积极向上,乐于接收挑战性工作。
8、熟悉员工培训制度建设、操作流程;熟悉内外部培训组织作业流程,有培训规划课程开发经验。
