１.35岁以下，具有良好的个人品质和职业道德，思维慎密，判断能力强；
２.从事银行工作5年以上、其中从事信贷业务审查2年以上，具有良好的审贷业绩，已完成较大量审贷工作，所审贷款质量较高，有放款中心工作经验者优先考虑；
３.具有较丰富的经济、金融、财务和法律等知识，熟悉国家经济、金融、产业和法律政策及相关规章制度。
