1. 计算机或相关专业，专科以上学历，1年以上软件开发工作经
验；
2. 良好的团队协作意识；
3. 良好的质量意识；
4. 善于沟通；
5. 掌握java编程语言，熟悉JSP和servlet编程；
6. 掌握XML、javaScript，Html语言编程；
7. 熟悉Struts开发技术；
8. 熟悉Hibernate开发技术；
9. Oracel、SQL Server数据库开发经验；
10. 能独立完成算法设计；
11. 基本的文档编写能力；
