l 职位概要：负责物业小区安全保安/园林绿化/设备维修等事宜
工作内容：
n 维护公共秩序，负责消防安全和交通安全
n 管理并维护水、电、暖、气等共用设施
n 管理并维护公共绿地
n 管理并维护公共环境卫生
n 负责物业收费
l 任职资格:
n 房地产物业管理或其他相关专业学历
n 1年以上从业经验，具有房地产物业管理证书者优先考虑
n 熟悉房地产相关法律法规
n 热诚待人，富有亲和力
n 具备良好的职业道德和吃苦奉献精神
