要求：
1.从事移动通信行业1年以上、熟悉GSM网络
2.通信理论功底扎实，掌握BTS工作原理，有安装调试经验，能独立开展维护工作，了解相关工作流程
3.善于组织、沟通，有良好团队合作精神，能创造性开展工作，能长期驻外工作
4.为人诚信，做事认真 ，有较强的学习和再提高能力
