职位目标：
根据公司的销售政策和销售目标，逐步建立和完善分销网络；通过对所辖区域内经销商、连锁药店的管理及促销活动的策划、组织、实施，促进公司产品在通路的分销，达成销售目标，维护公司品牌形象。
任职资格：
教育水平：大专及以上学历。
学习专业：医药、市场营销及相关专业。
工作经验：2年以上工作经验。
专业培训：销售相关培训。
工作技能：
熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
具备英语应用能力；
具有公文处理能力；
精通销售知识与技能；
具有客户和资源的管理能力。
个人素质：
具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力和团队意识，并具有较强的分析判断力、心理承受力及良好的职业素养。
