1、 大学本科学历以上,通过英语专业8级或相当于8级水平；
2、 具有较强的学习钻研能力和团队协作精神。
3、 要求应聘者具有出色的中英文口语表达能力，具有亲和力。
4、 如果具有三年以上教学经验的教学精英，学历要求可以放宽至大专水平。
5、 口语能力强，有相关课程授课经验者, 有海外留学背景者优先考虑；
