仪表DCS工程师（某法国合资化工工厂）

直线上司: 电气仪表主管 1. Purpose of job:
Summarise in one sentence, the overall contribution of the job.
完成DCS/PLC仪表的维护/组态；仪表的日常维修管理工作，确保工厂
仪表/自动控制系统安全稳定运行。 2. Key duties/ responsibilities:
工作职责：
1）认真执行公司HSE规定程序和员工手册，不违章不违纪
2） 认真参加公司HSE活动（CTA/BBS 风险识别）和培训
3）认真执行公司所有的ISO 9000 /ISO14001/SIMSER+ 管理程序，特别是维修程序
参加内外审核（括工艺安全审核）及时完成纠正预防计划，保证体系的正常运行
4）严格执行维修巡检制度，保证全厂
仪表/DCS/PLC /通讯系统/监控系统/照明、消防控制系统的安全运行，
发现问题或隐患，应立即和主管汇报制定维修计划并实施。
5）及时完成每天的仪表DCS/PLC维修任务，保证生产的安全正常进行；
6） 负责国家强制仪表电气的校验计划和实施
7）参加工艺改造/项目中仪表/DCS 的方案设计和批准后的实施，完成后的验收
8）参与停产检修计划/大修计划的制定，并按要求保质保量完成，负责现场协调安全监督。
9）负责仪表/DCS/PLC 操作规程的编制和其它相关程序文件的更新和制定
对操作工的培训
10）配合主管完成其它工作。 3. Education and experience required for the job:
a. 本科以上仪表自动控制学历
b. 英语四级以上水平，具有良好的英语沟通、阅读能力
c. 懂机电&仪图,具有机械制图基础知识.
d. 在外企化工行业工作3年以上相关经验
e. 能承受工作压力/能在突发事件时夜间值班/能独立工作/安全意识强
f. 良好的交流和沟通能力
g. 具有团队合作精神
