1、本科及以上学历，房地产、建筑、营销、规划、广告、等相关专业
2、3年以上深圳房地产策划相关工作经验，有知名地产企业工作经验者优先
3、熟悉房地产开发过程，能控制并掌握项目策划的全过程，具有一定营销、策划知识。
4、逻辑思维清晰严密，良好的文字能力和口头表达能力
5、能持续设立挑战性目标，不断追求工作中更高的成就，准确把握企业战略，赋予团队工作使命感
6、工作积极主动、责任心强、谦逊上进、善于沟通、善于执行。
