1. 国家一级注册结构工程师；
2. 从事本专业设计8年以上；
3. 本科及以上学历；
4. 有较强的空间理解能力和结构创新精神；
5. 有较强的市场意识；
6. 具备各种结构体系的设计经历和创新能力；
7. 有良好的合作意识、服务意识和强烈的团队精神。
