一）基本条件
1、35周岁（含）以下，全日制本科及以上学历；
2、具有3年以上客户营销及市场策划经验；
3、具有一定的文字功底、良好的沟通能力和谈判能力。
（二）专业条件
1、熟悉市场营销学、客户心理学等专业理论知识；
2、熟悉平面广告、户外广告等广告策划；
3、熟悉国内外金融市场，具有较强的市场创新意识、市场拓展能力和组织策划能力。
