1、男女不限、年龄28----45岁、大专以上学历；8年以上工作经验，3年以上百货商场或相近行业管理经验，2年以上高层管理经验。
2、通晓企业管理知识，具备人力资源管理、财务管理、营销管理、法律、金融证券等方面的知识，了解零售相关领域专业知识。
3、掌握WORD、EXCEL等办公室软件，具备基本的网络知识，具备一定的英语应用能力，较强的领导能力和交际能力。
4、丰富的行政和业务工作经验。
5、对零售业有全局性的经营思路和战略眼光。
5、熟悉零售业企业的相关法律法规，工作流程。
