大专及以上学历，具备团队管理能力，可以承受较大工作压力，一年以上相关工作经验。熟悉招聘流程，有一定的人才筛选能力。 熟悉公司业务流程，管理团队成员的出勤与活动量，有一定的培训能力，具备为团队成员培训、授课的基本素质，定期参加公司组织的培训，并通过不断的学习来提高自己的能力。
