1、年龄40周岁以下；
2、本科及以上学历，法律、法学类相关专业；
3、熟悉金融行业相关政策法规、各项业务操作流程；
4、精通《公司法》、《合同法》、《担保法》、《信托法》、《证券法》等经济法律法规；
5、具备较强的工作责任心、人际沟通能力、文字及口头表达能力；
6、有金融、担保机构工作经历和实践经验者优先
