This is an independent yet highly visible role for reviewing the effectiveness of controls over financial and business operations at the bottling plant.
是相对独立但又非常重要的岗位. 评估CCCIL各资能团队有效进行财务控制及业务操作控制。
Key Duties / Responsibilities 主要职责
Document existing processes through flowcharts and/or written narratives illustrating specific risks and internal controls strengths and weaknesses through objective evaluation of evidential matter.
按程序指导及/或书面陈述进行流程归档管理，通过证据评估，分析并阐明内部风险及运作控制的优缺点
Performing risk assessments and testing to ensure major processes, systems and procedures comply with group policies.
风险评估及测试，确保主要流程、系统和操作程序符合CCCIL各项规章制度
Apply internal control concepts in a wide variety of finance and operation and appropriately assess the exposures resulting from ineffective or missing control practices.
将内部控制理念引入各类财务及运作控制中，恰当评估实际运作中的低效或不足之处
Provide pro-active recommendations to OU senior management on the implementation of corporate controls and policies that are in compliance with global SOX requirements.
主动向营运单位高级管理层提供运作控制及制度是否符合全球SOX要求的分析及建议
articipate and or lead cross-function team in process improvement initiatives.
参与及/或领导跨功能团队项目小组，并提供改进建议
Interact effectively with a wide variety of people within the company and related external professional support teams in a global environment.

Demonstrate effective time management skills by completing assignments within time budgets and calendar schedules.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications 职位相关要求/资格
Professionally qualified accountant with approximately 2-3 years' audit and finance related experience gained from public accounting firm or commercial organization.
专业会计师，会计师事务所或其它商业机构2-3年审计及财务类相关经验
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are imperative.
必须具备较强的演讲及人际关系能力
Ability to think outside the box and propose creative solutions and to deliver constructive challenges to senior managers.

Must be commercially astute, analytical and able to work independently.

Native Mandarin speaker and ability to read reports prepared in English.

30% travel will be required in China.
