角色和职责:
1、协助工程师对国内外会议组织，沟通，安排，记录；
2、作为专业英语的代表，在团队的英语交流氛围的构建中要起到领头羊的作用，带动整个团队的英语能力提升和加强；
3、定期做针对工作的实战英语培训，负责英语角维护；
4、定期安排组织活动，提升团队的凝聚力；
5、协助工程师的技术报告完成和一些日常的事物处理。
需求:
英语专业，本科学历或以上。
要求 1、 良好的英语听说能力；
2、 具有外企工作经验优先；
3、 具有电子行业背景优先； 4、 具有留学经验优先；
5、 如无工作经验，要求具有较好的潜质，可塑造，具有发展前途的人；
6、 要求善于沟通，对工作热情，能吃苦耐劳。
