主要职责：
1、网站的WEB重构和提高用户体验。
2、网站W3C标准化设计和兼容一体化。
3、针对SEO部分优化。

岗位要求:
1、精通XHTML、CSS，对W3C有较深理解，能够手写3C标准代码（DIV+CSS）
2、了解不同浏览器之间的差异，写出的代码具有良好的兼容性。
3、对界面的可用性、易用性、友好性交互设计、如何提高用户体验有一定的见解，有一定的用户体验设计能力对产品流程、用户流程及用户需求与产品功能有深入理解。
4、对web页面的色彩、整体风格、图标设计有良好的感觉。熟练使用PS/DW/FLASH等网页设计工具，特别要对FLASH脚本语言熟悉。
5、优化Ajax、JavaScript等客户端脚本语言和框架，了解XML，DHTML等相关技术优先。
