1、大学本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理、法律专业或有人力资源管理资格证书尤佳；
2、至少5年以上人事管理，岗位工作经验，或2年以上保险行业人事管理岗位工作经历；
3、熟悉和了解国家劳动人事管理的相关法律，法规和条款，能承受较强的工作压力，并具有良好的沟通能力；
4、年龄不超过35岁，优秀人才可适当放宽。
