员工关系政策研究岗

因工作需要，平安集团人力资源中心员工服务管理部向系统外公开招聘员工关系政策研究岗人员 1 名。

工作地点：深圳

工作职责：
1、参与研究员工关系管理政策、制度与规则，制定相应管理理念、工具与方法并指导、推动并评估子公司员工关系管理模块体系的建设与实施；
2、负责建立健全员工关系制度，持续推动员工关系制度、流程的改进与优化；
3、负责处理劳动争议与劳动纠纷，并提供日常劳动法律咨询服务；
4、组织和推动公司的法律法规培训。

应聘要求：
1、 法律专业本科以上学历，两年以上大型企业人力资源工作或法律相关工作经验；
2、 熟悉劳动合同法，掌握国家的劳动法律法规；
3、 工作的原则性强，严谨细致，善思考，有较强的沟通协调能力和独立开展工作的能力。
