1、财会类及相关专业大专及以上学历， 3年以上金融行业工作经验。
2、熟练掌握国家财税法律规范、会计法规，了解税务法规和相关税收政策。
3、具有企业费用报销方面的工作经验，熟悉费用要素的分类、定义、核算。
4、能独立完成会计工作，熟悉整套帐务处理流程。
5、能熟练运用财务软件独立处理和编制财务报表
6、责任心强，工作细致，能坚持原则，具团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
7、较强的沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力、分析能力。
