人力资源经理

1、企业管理、人力资源、劳动经济、心理学、管理学等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上部门经理工作经验；
3、通晓人力资源管理知识，熟悉并掌握国家及上海市相关的劳动人事法律法规
4、敏锐的洞察力，优秀的沟通能力及团队协作能力；较强的文字运用能力，计划与执行能力；熟练使用办公软件，英语熟练。
