PURPOSE OF THE JOB 岗位目的

在盘条应用计划范围内安排合理适用的投料，以期在考虑成本与质量因素的条件下安排ISC的生产计划
制定并不断优化ISC生产计划以保证后道生产的顺畅及对外确认各类产品订单的按期完成
TASK DESCRIPTION 职责描述
Main Accountabilities / 主要职责 Nature of the Activities&Authority&Performance Indicators / 主要业务、职责及业绩指标
 根据盘条应用Matrix上确定的盘条投料方向安排合理适用的投料，在考虑成本与质量因素的条件下安排ISC生产计划

 考虑资源因素，及时地安排合理正确的ISC生产计划以保证计划的实施及后道生产的正常进行
计划下达及时率
由于细节计划安排不衣时或不当产生客户（内部）抱怨或等钢丝
 外供ISC的订单处理及确认、计划安排，生产及入库状况跟踪，必要时的发运协调，以期达到对从订单到发运的全过程的管理及跟踪，并及时向半成品主生产计划员或其它相关人员提出在所拥有的资源条件下无法解决的问题以期解决，从而保证对外确认订单的按期完成
由于细节计划安排不及时或不当引起延迟交货导致客户抱怨次数
确认订单跟踪及影响正常生产问题提前反馈和行动以解决或改进问题，不力或无反馈或行动次数
 定期及时地、正确地提供相关重要报告和信息，包括盘条、生产及外加工等以满足生产运营管理的需要，以及确定盘条应用及订单需求的需要。

由部门主管指派的其它工作
