1、 大学本科以上学历；
2、 三年以上的软件销售经历；
3、 两年以上的团队管理经历；
4、 具有MCAD软件销售经验的优先；
5、 了解Pro/E及其相关产品；
6、 熟悉软件产品的销售过程；
7、 了解所辖区域的制造业企业的基本情况；
8、 良好的语言表达能力和团队组织能力；
9、 良好的学习能力；
10、 能经常出差。
