2、有用java/J2EE开发大型系统5-8年的经验，熟悉ERP
3、有良好的客户沟通能力，能主持客户商业需求的收集，并能很好帮助设计人员理解客户的商业目标
4、知道怎样设计系统的构架及完整解决方案，同时能在某一些重要的领域有纵深的理解和经验
5、具有良好的项目估算能力
6、能管理一个团队完成从客户需求到设计开发、测试及部署的全过程
7、能充分有效地激励、引导团队的工作热忱和激情
精通以下技术者优先考虑：
1、精通Tomcat、JBoss 等应用服务器
2、精通Struts、Hibernate、Spring、Velocity、Ajax、Webservice、JBPM、JMS、JMX、AOP、Junit等技术
3、熟悉工作流设计
4、精通Oracle或SQLServer等数据库
5、精通UML规范
