药物制剂专业，硕士以上学历，至少3年以上与学历相当的工作经验
具有一定的英文读、写，听、说能力
工作勤恳、踏实，擅长交流与沟通，具有主管能动性和良好的团队合作精神
具有DDS新剂型相关调研、选项者，熟悉中国药品注册法规者优先考虑
