职位描述：
1.负责制定并审核公司的法律文件，包括各类合同、协议；
2.向公司各部门、人员提供法律方面的建议，并提出有关保护公司法律权利和利益的方案；
3.指导公司的法务实践，起草、修改重要的商务建议；
4、自主品牌的法律保护工作；
职位要求：
1、正规大学全日制大专以上学历，法学专业；
2、三年以上知名企业法务工作经验；
3.具有起草、修改法律文书的经验；
4、工作地点：成都市温江工业园区
