机加工人员（数控铣）

职位描述：
1. 按照图纸，独立使用数控铣及加工中心加工各种零部件；
2. 按照图纸要求，使用车床加工各种零部件；
3. 按照要求，使用其他加工工具加工零部件。

岗位要求：
1. 熟练使用数控铣及加工中心，能够独立编程，独立加工各种零部件；
2. 能够熟练使用车床等加工机械；
3. 能够看懂图纸，对公差及加工基准面等机加工常识有较深的理解；
4. 能够对结构不合理的地方主动提出改进，避免出废品；
5. 善于沟通，理解力强。
