地质学或非金属材料专业本科或以上学历；
2. 能熟练应用立体显微镜、极光显微镜、金相显微镜和位相差显微镜进行微观分析；
3. 具有岩石、矿物、水泥、混凝土等材料微观分析的实际经验两年或以上；
4. 能独立处理整个材料微观分析的程序，包括样品薄片的制备、微观分析及撰写报告；
5. 有应用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜经验者优先；
6. 英语六级或以上。
