1.2年以上机械设计经验，
2.熟练利用pro/e，CAD软件进行零件设计；
3.熟悉钣金件、塑料件和压铸件制造过程。
4.曾独立设计过多种产品，并且设计的成果已投入批量性使用。
5.有金加工和安装经验者优先。
6.有一定的广播电视发射设备和网络覆盖高级结构设计工作经验者优先．
