Job Description

岗位职责
1、负责协助总经理处理公司各项事宜;
2、负责处理公司各项行政事宜,包括文件的处理与存档、档案的收集与整理;处理电话、邮件、传真等各种渠道的信息;安排来宾的接待活动;
3、负责处理公司相关的人事事务;
4、负责公司档案的保存,并协助完成对外联络事宜,跟进各项事务进度及整理汇总;
5、做好外文资料的翻译工作。
任职资格
1、英语德语专业,大学本科以上学历;其它专业英语德语良好者也可;
2、一至两年以上同岗位职责工作经验,有行政工作经验者优先;
3、具有良好的文字组织能力,沟通能力和团队精神,对工作有热情;
4、熟练使用各类办公软件
说明:公司在亦庄经济技术开发区,有班车从公司到国贸往返。
