FUNCTION : Marketing Department
REPORTS TO : Vice President
BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the vice President , responsible for planning, development and implementation of company marketing strategies, initiatives and programs including product & market strategy management, marketing survey, sales channel development and sales information management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Comply with global safety policy & the QEHS rules.
2. Meet HQ Ethics & Business Practices requirement.
3. Strictly comply with United States SOX404 requirement.
4. Initiate in developing and implementing company market wide vision.
5. Initiate product development, and enhance market survey and analysis to assure the vision.
6. Design and implement annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of divisional business/marketing plans. Plan and execute marketing strategy, including annual marketing budget, survey and agents’ assessment.
7. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
8. Develop and administer marketing database which includes industry direction, client and prospect information, access to financial reports, etc.
9. Seek business development opportunity through market survey and right position.
10. Enhance pricing control to guarantee the profit.
11. Responsible for sales network development.
12. Responsible to recruit, train, inspire and develop team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
l Education :Bachelor degree, marketing or mechanical engineering major
l Experience:5+ years experience in Sales-Marketing
5+ years experience in marketing management
l Language: Proficient in English
