1.底薪2000+开店奖金（奖金数万），开店越多，单店奖金越高！
2.根据公司要求寻找合适的店铺，提供店铺周围基本信息；通过与房东谈判，完成店铺签约；促成新店开业，将门店移交至营业单位.
3.有房地产中介或其他销售经验者优先。抗压性强，灵活应变能力强，有一定的谈判技巧，人际沟通能力良好。
4.熟悉杭州地形，在杭州居住满3年以上。
5.欢迎有连锁店店铺选址经验者加入！
