1．法律专业本科以上学历，3 年以上相关工作经验；
2．具有很强的法律逻辑思维能力，非常强的分析、处理、应变及解决法律问题的工作能力；　　
3．掌握与公司业务相关的国家法律法规，具有职业资格证书，熟练使用办公软件，工作细致、认真、严谨，具有团队精神，较强的独立分析和综合判断能力
