Job Description

职位描述:
负责日常行政事务管理的具体工作。
负责公司总经理办公会的筹备、召集、记录、纪要工作,并掌握会议贯彻执行情况。
负责起草相关文件,传递、处理资料文档。
管理公司内外的文件和文书档案,按公司规定办理参与决策支持服务。
参与各类营销和业务会议的组织和会务接待工作。
完成部门领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求:
正规全日制本科以上学历,有 2 年以上本岗位或 3 年以上相关岗位的实际工作经历。
熟悉常用办公软件,具有较强的文字表达能力。
协调能力强,有很强的保密意识。
具有敬业精神,职业素质高。
