大专以上学历，美术相关专业毕业；能够熟练应用MAC PC及Photoshop、Illustrator等相关设计软件；较强的广告创意能力，审美能力，艺术修养。有较强的文字表达能力和创意性，擅长各类广告文案；较强的团队协作和敬业精神。一年以上专业公司工作经验，有成熟作品。面试时须携带本人作品。
